The particular atmosphere of the backyard characterizes the design on all levels. The building consists of two wings, one made of exposed concrete and the other clad in copper, that interlace on the top floor. The duplex apartments in the copper wing are directly accessed from the outside while the flats are smartly accessed from a central staircase in the concrete wing. The apartments stand out due to the retracted loggias, the fact that they offer multiple orientations (from one to three open sides) and their variegated floorplans. These floorplans either develop from a backbone-like hallway or are more compact, gathering around the living and dining area.
