On Buonaserstrasse in Risch (ZG) fifty-five apartments for the elderly are to be developed in the first stage of a multi-phased project. The site can be characterized as an urbanistically heterogeneous area that in terms of transportation is strategically located in the vicinity of the train station. In the second and third phases of the project, a senior citizen home and more apartments will complement the initial development.

The focus of the project is on establishing a clear profile, defining a distinct identity, and providing high quality apartments at a place plagued by noise. Beautiful entrances and first-rate outdoor spaces significantly upgrade the location and create excellent conditions for comprehensive, prime use.
