This project is a clear statement for a decisive urban interpretation of a periurban situation. Conceived for a two-storied single-family-house zoned plot, the newly-developed large, jagged, partly seven-circulation-access volume of 35m x 35m establishes a new standard of residential buildings for such locations. Spatial density emerges around a representative staircase, and the project also features nicely deep ground plans with prime views. Forgoing a single-purpose parking garage, aboveground parking is delicately interwoven into the landscaping concept.
