Characterized by building lots running perpendicular to the railway lines, the alignment of the pre-existing urban fabric is continued and concluded near the Europa Bridge with a volume placed parallel to the track area, analogous with the lot. The schematic representation shows a clear, unpretentious, urban design setting following the logic of the higher-level authorities urban development plans. Rhythmically complementary, high and deep buildings alternate, whereby form and location have mainly been developed directly from the allowable profiles.
