In the course of the restoration of the roof of the protected building from 1913 the entire top level apartment was extensively renovated and upgraded. The result is a duplex apartment with a mezzanine and a spacious rooftop terrace. Thanks to the new layout of the floorplan and the new circulation and lighting concepts, the apartment in the historic center of the old town benefits from views of the busy market square as well as of the quiet of the inner courtyard.
