Morphologic aspects of the plot lead to the decision to pursue the existing development the area along the same lines with deep well defined structures. The characteristics of the town center i.e. forecourts, perches, trees and vegetable patches are included in the design in order to define diverse outside areas and have their qualities and typologies strengthened and intensified.
