The public areas of the town hall form a spatial brace from the entrance to the attic by way of an inviting cascading staircase that traverses the three office levels and leads to the specifically defined etop floor. This last level gathers the chambers for the representatives of the executive and the legislative authorities, exposition rooms, a café and the assembly halls in the form of an agora as well as a public terrace. The new structure forms an architectural triade with the roof in the shape of a wave and the tower of the existing convention centre by Max Schlup.
