Situated on Kantonsstrasse the site is characterized by southern exposure with a lake view. Previously used as an office location, the plot is to be reimagined to accommodate dwelling. The major challenges of noise and view are met through three tiered volumes, which, on the one hand, create good conditions for the view for all apartments, and, on the other hand, provide a beautiful outdoor area with a distinct profile. Accessible from various directions, the approximately sixty apartments feature flowing layouts that repeatedly create a relationship to the impressive landscape.
