The project is indebted to urbanistic-architectural continuity. Using appropriate means, a new spatial order is established, which can be understood as a contemporary-critical reading of the existing building stock and urban context. Densification of the locality is achieved in a restrained, quality-oriented way by reinforcing existing features. The result is a natural, matter of course city sector interwoven into a heterogeneous urban fabric that feels indebted to its cultural heritage.
