The site is characterized by an organic landscaped park, a busy road and the view of the local castle. The complex consists of a building coasting the road and therefore screening the three free standing oblong structures in the park from the traffic noise. The latter are perpendicular to the first one and unfurl towards the landscape and the view. The diagonal living and dining area is a typological novelty and forms the centerpiece of the apartments. It allows optimal use of the sunlight, is easily furnishable and clears the view of the castle.
