A pronunced structure clad in reddish-grey clinker occupies the site in this significant urban location by the eastern bridge head of Schwarzwaldbrücke, and clearly relates to the similar situations of other bridges in Basel. The self-evident structure is well developed and offers a multitude of typologically diverse apartments with spectacular views of the Rhine and the old town to the south-west, as well as office spaces for approximately 200 workplaces.
