The sites are characterized by a multifaceted topography, a suburban development and an important motorway feeder to the north. The design suggests apartments with sophisticated typologies along the man-made canal of the Birs called Dalbedych. The development is a mix, consisting of a compact composition with three courtyards, free standing buildings and a row of houses to the north that opens up to the south.
