Based on the urban development proposal of the first stage the six remainig architects’ offices were asked to develop buildings for the new campus of the College of Arts on the Freilager area. A pylon-like multi-storey building and smaller structures that integrate themselves in the context the new HGK would be a strong new landmark in the urban development of the area, already dominated by storage and logistics infrastructure.
